Embryology laboratory specialist with extensive experience in assisted reproductive technology, IVF laboratory management, and quality control systems.
 
Ning Tang is the Embryology Lab Director at GenPrime Fertility Los Angeles with more than 20 years of experience in reproductive laboratory science and assisted reproductive technology. His clinical interests include embryology laboratory operations, blastocyst culture, assisted hatching, biopsy techniques, and laboratory quality assurance and control.
 
He earned his Master of Science and PhD from the Institute of Basic Medical Sciences at the Academy of Military Medical Sciences in Beijing, China, and completed his Bachelor of Science at Shan Dong University. Dr. Tang is also certified as a High Complexity Laboratory Director (HCLD) and is a member of the International Society for Reproductive Genetics (ISRG).
 
Prior to joining GenPrime Fertility Los Angeles, Dr. Tang held senior embryology and laboratory leadership positions at reproductive medicine centres in both China and the United States. His experience includes overseeing IVF laboratory operations, embryology procedures, laboratory quality systems, and reproductive technology programs across multiple fertility centres.
 
Dr. Tang is recognised for his precision, scientific expertise, and commitment to maintaining the highest professional and laboratory standards in fertility care. He works closely with multidisciplinary fertility teams to support optimal laboratory performance and successful patient outcomes.
